Use Third-Party Websites
So there are websites that could also help you with this information. All you have to do is - go to op.gg, enter your Summoner name, and at the top you can see your ranks at different seasons. This way you'll be able to know the very first season that you played e.g. if you had a rank in season 1 then your account was created since 2010 - which is 13 years ago from the day we are writing this! You're a veteran if you're from season 1 so salute to you.

Now find the year when your account was created and look at the list, you will then determine which season your account was created in.

Find Clues (e-mail, skins, achievements, etc.)
There are other clues that can reveal the age and history of your League account. Longtime players may have registration emails from Riot Games saved in their inboxes from when they first created their accounts. Your account email address should be listed here.
Take note of the email address shown here, as this is the one used when you first created your League of Legends account.
Now that you've located the email address attached to your League of Legends account, the next step is to log into that email inbox. Once logged in, do a search for the oldest emails you have received from Riot Games. Look for initial welcome emails or account creation confirmation messages from when you first signed up.
